A flower order for Wonju-si can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details. When entering an address in Dangye-dong, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
For a recipient at Wonju Medical Center, check with the hospital and ward that flowers are accepted, then use the hospital’s full address. When the recipient is at Gangwonalkoolsangdam Center, the destination should be the hospital’s full address, after confirmation that the ward accepts flowers. If you are sending flowers to someone at Oriental Medicine Hospital of Sangji University, first check whether their ward accepts them and enter the hospital’s full delivery address. Wonju Medical Center has a listed address of 서원대로 387; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
If you cannot visit a guest at Wonju Citi Hotel, check flower acceptance with the hotel and use the reservation name when ordering. If the recipient is staying at Chiaksan Hotel, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation. Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Garipa Hotel, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. For an order addressed to Wonju Citi Hotel, the listed location is 건강로 4; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
A delivery for Bukwon Elementary School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Sending flowers to someone at pyeong-won elementary school? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
When ordering for a recipient at Buron-myeon Office, check acceptance of personal deliveries and include the organisation and department in the details.
For a table booked at Chiaksusansongeo Fish Restaurant, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants and chocolates, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
For a service at Won-dong Catholic Cathedral Church, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
