A florist in Yangji-dong handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. The included card carries your personal message word for word, with no additional charge. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. People locate the town by Tower of Korea War in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Local landmarks such as WIRYE NEW TOWN COMPLAX22 COMPLETION TOWER are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

For delivery on the same day in Yangji-dong, the order needs to be placed before 14:00 local time. For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable. If the recipient’s address is in Jangji-dong, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
Before sending flowers to Bokjeong Elementary School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. A delivery for Bokjeong High School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. For a delivery to a teacher at Taepyung Middle School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
Flowers for a service at Baegryeonsa are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. If the service takes place at Catholic Namhansanseong Martyrs' Holy Land, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Deokunsa, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Sending to Hotel Park Habio? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order.
Before sending to a workplace such as Geoyeo 1 Dong Community Service Center, check acceptance and include the organisation and department in the address.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at 본죽&비빔밥cafe 성남상대원점, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants and chocolates; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
