Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in San Pedro de Merida. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. The online payment is made in your own currency. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

Planning a same-day delivery in San Pedro de Merida? The ordering deadline is 15:00 local time. For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. Any required building access code should accompany the order. When checking a Spanish destination address, the five-digit postcode comes before the town name, with the first two digits identifying the province; copy the complete code supplied by the recipient and keep it with the street address, building number and locality.
If the service takes place at Parroquia San Pedro Apóstol, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. In Spain’s gifting customs, conventional tributes sent to a tanatorio include standing wreaths, called coronas, and easel sprays on stands; when choosing an arrangement, distinguish the form of tribute from the delivery venue and confirm both with the person coordinating the service. When discussing the flowers, chrysanthemums have a traditional association with remembrance and cemetery visits, particularly on 1 November; if the flowers are intended for a grave, confirm the cemetery and the specific location with the family before choosing the delivery address.
For the arrangement itself, centros are wide, flat-based arrangements traditionally placed on or beside the coffin; this is a different presentation from a standing wreath, so make the intended use clear when discussing the tribute and the arrangements for receiving it. As part of Spanish custom, a wreath traditionally carries a printed ribbon, or banda, with the sender’s name or company; specify the wording you would like when discussing the tribute, and check names and spelling carefully when sending flowers on behalf of several people. When deciding on the flowers, white and cream lilies, calla lilies and gladioli form a traditional palette for funeral tributes; use this as background when choosing an arrangement and check the flowers included in the selected product, rather than assuming that every variety is available.
In Spain, Valentine's Day (San Valentín) has its place in the calendar on 14 February, with red roses and romantic bouquets associated with gifts between partners. The celebration of Mother's Day (Día de la Madre) falls on the first Sunday of May, with bouquets and flowering plants among the gifts associated with the occasion. For All Saints' Day (Día de Todos los Santos), the calendar date is 1 November, with chrysanthemums and cut flowers taken to cemeteries for remembrance. Father's Day (Día del Padre) takes place on 19 March, with modest bouquets and flowering plants among the possible gifts for the occasion. In Spanish practice, a saint’s day, or onomástica, is an occasion for giving flowers alongside a birthday; a personal message can explain the occasion and make the gift more specific to its recipient, especially when you are sending it from another country.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before sending to a workplace such as Ayuntamiento de San Pedro de Mérida, check acceptance and include the organisation and department in the address.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Kavanna, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses, cakes and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
