A flower order for Ingiriya can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. The order can be paid for online in your own currency. A personal message accompanies the flowers on a free card, using exactly the words you provide. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.
The local ordering deadline for same-day flowers in Ingiriya is 18:00. Provide the street, number, postcode and town together with the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order. Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Egal Oya.
Before sending flowers to Edurugala Tamil School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. A delivery for Gamini Central College is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. When several people are giving the flowers together at Jinarathana Maha Vidyalaya, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
Flowers for a service at Bhodinagala (Dobagaskanda) Aranya Senasanaya are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Katukurunde Ganananda Sadaham Senasuna, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. If the service takes place at Kurinchi Mari amman temple, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you are sending to a guest of New Citizen Rest, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.
Check the flower policy of the relevant ward before ordering for Ingiriya District Hospital, using the hospital’s own address for the destination.
Address details for Hospital Junction should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
