You do not need to be in Kattankudy to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Local landmarks such as Mahatma Gandhi Statue are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. Reverend William Ault is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.
Include the full delivery address and postcode, the recipient’s name and a phone number the florist can use if details need checking. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building. If the recipient’s address is in Arayampathy, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Lake View Hotel, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. For a guest at Subaraj Inn Hotel, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.
For a delivery to a teacher at Mahajana College, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. When several people are giving the flowers together at Methodist Central College, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Sending flowers to someone at St.Cecilia's Convent? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
Flowers for a service at Arayampathy Mariyaman Kovil are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. If the service takes place at Arayampathy Thiruneela kanda Pilayar kovil, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. When a funeral service is held at Kuba Jummah Masjith, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Sending to Green Garden Hotel? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order.
Before sending to Arayampathy Hospital, confirm flower acceptance with the ward and enter the hospital’s own delivery address.
Address flowers for someone at Department of Probation with the organisation and department clearly identified, after checking that personal deliveries are accepted.
When the destination is in BattiGarden, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Tomato, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
