You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Send flowers to someone in Alvkarleby without being there yourself: ordering is online, with preparation and delivery handled locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. Write your message for the included card, free of charge and without changes to your wording. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. People locate the town by Gravröse in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Place a same-day order for Alvkarleby by the local cutoff of 14:00. Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions. If the destination is in Berget, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Älvkarlebö Herrgård, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Älvboda Friskola, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. For a delivery to a teacher at Bodaskolan, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to Jungfruholmen, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
For a service at Skutskärs kyrka, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. For a service at Älvkarleby kyrka, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. If the service takes place at Andaktsplats, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check that Dragon Gate can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them.
Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Harnäs.
For a table booked at Dragon Gate, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
