You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Send your flower order for Bergstromshusen online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. The online payment is made in your own currency. Write your message for the included card, free of charge and without changes to your wording. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
The order must be placed before 14:00 local time for same-day flowers in Bergstromshusen. Provide the street, number, postcode and town together with the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Remember to include the entry code if the destination requires one. An address in Gunnesbo should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Elite Hotel Ideon, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. For flowers addressed to a guest at Hotel Nordic Lund, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order. A flower order for someone staying at Lilla Hotellet should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. The street address listed for Elite Hotel Ideon is Scheelevägen 27; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Sending flowers to someone at Delfinskolan? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. When several people are giving the flowers together at IIIEE, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. A delivery for Katedralskolan is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
If the service takes place at Allhelgonakyrkan, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the recipient works at Lunds Vägledningscentrum, ask about personal flower deliveries and identify the organisation and their department in the address.
Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Norra Fäladen.
Confirm the delivery point and handover arrangements with Axelssons Begravningsbyrå before using it as the address for a funeral tribute. For a tribute intended for Dalby kyrkogård, confirm with the cemetery where flowers can be accepted and which entrance or meeting point to use before placing the order; a cemetery name alone does not specify the handover location.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Sushi Yama, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
