Send flowers to someone in Borlange without being there yourself: ordering is online, with preparation and delivery handled locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. You can complete payment online using your own currency. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. People locate the town by Engelbrekt in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Jussi Björlings grav is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. Remember to include the entry code if the destination requires one. When entering an address in Jakobsgårdarna, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
For a delivery to a teacher at Kunskapsskolan Borlänge, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to Immanuelskolan, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
When a funeral service is held at Jakobs kapell, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the recipient is staying at Quality Hotel Galaxen, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.
Check with the ward at Borlänge Sjukhus before ordering flowers, and use the hospital’s own address for the delivery.
Before sending to a workplace such as Swedish Transport Administration, check acceptance and include the organisation and department in the address.
An address in Tjärna Ängar should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
Before ordering a tribute for delivery to Fonus, ask the venue to confirm the address and handover arrangements. A tribute addressed to Amsbergs Kyrkogård should carry the name of the person it is for and the time of the service: a cemetery covers more ground than a single address.
