You’ll pick the city and day on the product
For a recipient in Gallivare, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. You can complete payment online using your own currency. A free card message is included, with your wording kept exactly as you write it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. People locate the town by Fokushuset in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Local landmarks such as Inlandsbanan are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
For same-day flower delivery in Gallivare, place your order before 14:00 local time. Supply the full street address and postcode for the delivery town, and identify the recipient by their full name and contact telephone number. For a building with coded access, supply the entry code at checkout. If the destination is in Vuoskonjärvi, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
For a guest at Grand Hotel Lapland, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation. Before ordering for a guest at Hotell Björnfällan, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name. If you are sending to a guest of Hotell Dundret, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. For an order addressed to Grand Hotel Lapland, the listed location is Lasarettsgatan 1; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
For a delivery to a teacher at Hedskolan, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Sending flowers to someone at Myranskolan? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. When several people are giving the flowers together at Puoltikasvaara skola, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
For a service at Suotojärvi kyrka, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. When a funeral service is held at Treenighetens kapell, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
When ordering for a recipient at Kommunhuset, check acceptance of personal deliveries and include the organisation and department in the details.
For a tribute intended for Dokkas kyrkogård, confirm with the cemetery where flowers can be accepted and which entrance or meeting point to use before placing the order; a cemetery name alone does not specify the handover location.
For a table booked at Enoks, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
