Send your flower order for Sigtuna online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. You pay online in your own currency. Add the words you want the recipient to read: the card is free and the message is kept unchanged. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. Axel von Fersens minnesmonument is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. Local landmarks such as Telegrafmonumentet are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order. If the destination is in Arlandastad, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Clarion Hotel Arlanda Airport, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order. Check that Radisson Blu Arlandia Hotell can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them. When addressing flowers to a guest at Aiden by Best Western Stockholm Arlanda Airport, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. When arranging flowers for Clarion Hotel Arlanda Airport, note its listed address, Tornvägen 2; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Before sending flowers to Sankt Olofs skola, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. A delivery for S:t Pers skola is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. When several people are giving the flowers together at Arlandagymnasiet, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
If the service takes place at Haga kyrka, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Husby-Ärlinghundra kyrka, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. For a service at Mariakyrkan, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Ask about personal flower deliveries at Sigtuna kommunhus, then identify the organisation and recipient’s department on the order.
Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Rosersbergs Industriområde.
For a tribute intended for Husby-Ärlinghundra Kyrkogård, confirm with the cemetery where flowers can be accepted and which entrance or meeting point to use before placing the order; a cemetery name alone does not specify the handover location.
For a table booked at WayCup, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
