Send your flower order for Biel/Bienne online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. The order can be paid for online in your own currency. Add the words you want the recipient to read: the card is free and the message is kept unchanged. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. People locate the town by Apollo Lunar Module in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Local landmarks such as Charles Sonabend are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. Add any required entry code before submitting the order. When entering an address in Madretsch, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Elite, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. If the recipient is staying at Courtyard, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation. Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to ACCOR Hôtel Mercure Bienne, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. Bahnhofstrasse 14 is the listed address of Elite; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Sending flowers to someone at Primarschule Walkermatte? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. Before sending flowers to Gymnase de Bienne et du Jura bernois, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. A delivery for Gymnasium Biel-Seeland is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
When a funeral service is held at Temple Allemand / Stadtkirche, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. Flowers for a service at Synagoge Biel-Bienne are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. If the service takes place at Eglise Saint-Paul - Pauluskirche, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check whether Stadtarchiv accepts flowers for staff before ordering, and include the organisation and any department in the delivery details.
Where the delivery address includes Boujean/Bözingen, retain the locality when filling in the order.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Bözingenberg, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
