A flower order for Cottens can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. People locate the town by Mémorial Bourbaki Écuvillens in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. Remember to include the entry code if the destination requires one. When entering an address in Le Clédard, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Cycle d'orientation de Sarine-Ouest, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. A delivery for Cycle d'orientation du Gibloux is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. For a delivery to a teacher at Ecole primaire Avry, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
If the service takes place at Chapelle de Montban, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Chapelle Posieux, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you are sending to a guest of Hôtel La Croix-Blanche, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.
For a recipient at Administration Communale - Salle de la Tuffière, include the organisation’s name and any floor or department, and check whether personal deliveries are accepted.
When the destination is in Le Marchet, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Auberge St Claude, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
You can also browse dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and balloons, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
