You do not need to be in Horgen to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. You pay online in your own currency. Your message is reproduced without changes on the complimentary card included with the order. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
The local ordering deadline for same-day flowers in Horgen is 15:00. For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. For a building with coded access, supply the entry code at checkout. If the destination is in Hirzel Höchi, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
If the recipient is staying at The Yarn, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation. Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Glärnischhof, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers.
Sending flowers to someone at Schule Tannenbach? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. A delivery for Schule startklar is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
Flowers for a service at Reformierte Kirche Horgen are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Reformierte Kirche Hirzel, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. If the service takes place at St. Josef (Horgen), the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Seminarhotel Bocken, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
Before sending to See-Spital Onkologie, confirm flower acceptance with the ward and enter the hospital’s own delivery address.
For flowers addressed to someone at Gemeindehaus, give the organisation and department and confirm that personal deliveries are accepted.
When entering an address in Widenhüsli, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
A tribute addressed to Friedhof Horgen should carry the name of the person it is for and the time of the service: a cemetery covers more ground than a single address.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Bäsebeiz a dä Sihl, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
You can also browse dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and balloons, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
