You can order flowers for Kleinlutzel online from another country, with local preparation and delivery. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.

For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order.
Flowers for a service at Pfarrkirche St. Mauritius are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. When a funeral service is held at St. Wendelin, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. If the service takes place at Kreuzweg Kleinlützel, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Don Pepe, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
Before placing a workplace order for Gemeindeverwaltung, ask whether personal deliveries are accepted and give the organisation and recipient’s department.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Hirtenhuette Remel, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
