A florist in Muralto handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. Payment is taken online in your own currency. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Supply the full street address and postcode for the delivery town, and identify the recipient by their full name and contact telephone number. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable.
If you are sending to a guest of Alexandra, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. If the recipient is staying at Ramada La Palma au Lac, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation. Check with Garni Muralto before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking. Alexandra is listed at Via San Gottardo 43; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
If the service takes place at Collegiata di San Vittore, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Via Crucis di Madonna del Sasso, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If flowers are going to Cimitero Muralto, check the opening hours for the day of the service and agree a handover point rather than relying on a plot number.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Al Torchio, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
