You can send flowers to someone in Riederalp even when you are in another country, with the arrangement prepared and delivered locally for your recipient. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Checkout lets you pay in your own currency. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.

Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. Add any required entry code before submitting the order. When the destination is in Brüch, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
If you are sending to a guest of Alpenrose, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Berghaus Toni, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Golfhotel Riederhof, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. The location listed for Alpenrose is Bahnhofstrasse 24; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
For a service at Kapelle Riederalp, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. When a funeral service is held at Kapelle St. Bernhard, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Hohflue-Kapelle, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
When entering an address in Twing, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Edelweiss, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
