You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Order from wherever you are for flowers arranged and delivered locally in Saanen. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Pay for the flowers online, using your own currency at checkout. You can write a message for the card without an extra charge, and the wording stays as you entered it. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.

For delivery on the same day in Saanen, the order needs to be placed before 15:00 local time. Provide the street, number, postcode and town together with the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Any required building access code should accompany the order.
Before ordering for a guest at Huus Gstaad, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name. Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Le Petit Relais, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. When addressing flowers to a guest at Spitzhorn, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. When arranging flowers for Huus Gstaad, note its listed address, Schönriedstrasse 74; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Before sending flowers to Le Rosey - Winter Campus Gstaad, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. A delivery for Oberstufenzentrum Ebnit is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. When several people are giving the flowers together at Schulhaus Rütti, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
If the service takes place at Mauritius-Kirche Saanen, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flowers for a service at St. Anna-Kapelle are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at CBZ Christliches Begegnungszentrum, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a recipient at Fachstelle Feuerwehr, include the organisation’s name and any floor or department, and check whether personal deliveries are accepted.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Berghotel Hornberg, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
You can also browse dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and balloons, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
