You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Zuchwil. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. For payment, checkout uses your own currency. You can write a message for the card without an extra charge, and the wording stays as you entered it. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.

Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. Remember to include the entry code if the destination requires one. When the destination is in Unterfeld, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Sporthotel, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. If the recipient is staying at Martinshof, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation. When addressing flowers to a guest at Hotel da Marina Waldeck, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. The address given for Sporthotel is Amselweg 63; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Before sending flowers to Oberstufenzentrum Zelgli, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. For a delivery to a teacher at Blumenfeld, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. A delivery for Pisoni is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
Flowers for a service at Polenkapelle are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Albanisch Islamische Glaubensgemeinschaft Solothurn/Zuchwil, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. For a service at Neuapostolische Kirche, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
