Send your flower order for Chonnabot online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. You can complete payment online using your own currency. Add the words you want the recipient to read: the card is free and the message is kept unchanged. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.

For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order.
For a delivery to a teacher at Ban Don Du Khuru Rat Bamrung School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Sending flowers to someone at Ban Mueang Phia School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. A delivery for Ban Tha Muang School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
Flowers for a service at Residence of Monk Nong Lai are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Wat Bamrung Wiriya, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at Wat Pa Aran Yi Ka Wat, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
When addressing flowers to a guest at resort, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.
Address flowers for someone at Mueang Phia Subdistrict Administration Office with the organisation and department clearly identified, after checking that personal deliveries are accepted.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
