You do not need to be in Muak Lek to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. A personal message accompanies the flowers on a free card, using exactly the words you provide. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.

The order must be placed before 14:00 local time for same-day flowers in Muak Lek. Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. Add any required entry code before submitting the order.
For a guest at Muaklek pruksa resort, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation. For flowers addressed to a guest at Ndol, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
Flowers for a service at AIU Seventh day Adventist church are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. When a funeral service is held at Wat Tham Song Phi Nong, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the recipient is staying at Tongta Homestay, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.
An order for a staff member at Thai-Denmark farm should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Steakhouse, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
