A flower order for Banzart can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. For payment, checkout uses your own currency. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Local landmarks such as Arc Bou Amoud are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order. An address in La Ksiba should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
Before ordering for a guest at Hôtel Jalta, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name. If the recipient is staying at Hôtel Résidence Nour, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Collège Boukhriss, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. A delivery for Lycée Ali Bach Hamba is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Before sending flowers to Lycée El Bhira, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
If the service takes place at Jamaa El Bhira, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. When a funeral service is held at Masjid La Ksiba, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Mosque Sidi Annan, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Hôtel Bizerta Resort, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.
Before placing a workplace order for Agence de Promotion de L'Industrie Bizerte, ask whether personal deliveries are accepted and give the organisation and recipient’s department.
When entering an address in La Medina, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Sahib, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants and chocolates; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
