Send your flower order for Bir Moussa online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. Your order includes a card at no extra cost, carrying your message without edits. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to El Menchia Beach, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. When addressing flowers to a guest at Hôtel Cleopatra, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.
Sending flowers to someone at El Bhaier? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
When a funeral service is held at Jemaa El Tawba, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Hôtel El Menchia, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Bosphore, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
