You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Kalaa Kebira. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. You can complete payment online using your own currency. A free card message is included, with your wording kept exactly as you write it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

Enter the complete street address, postcode and town for the recipient, with their full name and a telephone number for contact. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable.
A delivery for Collège Professionel is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Before sending flowers to Collège Secondaire Akouda, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. Sending flowers to someone at Ecole Habib? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
When a funeral service is held at Mosque, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Mosque Al Zitouna, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at الجامع الكبير - Grand Mosque, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the recipient is staying at Hôtel Rym City, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.
For flowers addressed to someone at Maher, give the organisation and department and confirm that personal deliveries are accepted.
A delivery timed for a meal at Héritage Jaidane needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants and chocolates. Check availability for the product you choose.
