Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Midoun. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Pay for the flowers online, using your own currency at checkout. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Local landmarks such as Henchir Bourgou - mausolée are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. Any required building access code should accompany the order. Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Ouled Amor el Qadima.
For a guest at Les Jardins De Toumana, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation. If the recipient is staying at Fiesta Beach Club, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.
Flowers for a service at Al Hidaya are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. When a funeral service is held at Ben Tanfouss, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Jamaa El Mahrab, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Palm Beach Palace Djerba (ex-Sofitel), after checking that the hotel can accept flowers.
Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Trifa.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Bach Hamba, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants and chocolates; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
