You can order flowers for Zarzouna online from another country, with local preparation and delivery. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. For payment, checkout uses your own currency. Your message is reproduced without changes on the complimentary card included with the order. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. Local landmarks such as Arc Bou Amoud are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Supply the full street address and postcode for the delivery town, and identify the recipient by their full name and contact telephone number. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building. If the destination is in La Ksiba, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Hôtel Jalta, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. Check that Hôtel Résidence Nour can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them.
A delivery for Collège Boukhriss is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. For a delivery to a teacher at Hedi Chaker High School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. When several people are giving the flowers together at Lycée Ali Bach Hamba, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
For a service at Angle Sidi Kacem, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at Jamaa El Bhira, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flowers for a service at Masjid La Ksiba are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Sending to Hôtel Bizerta Resort? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order.
Ask about personal flower deliveries at Agence de Promotion de L'Industrie Bizerte, then identify the organisation and recipient’s department on the order.
Address details for La Medina should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Sahib, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants and chocolates; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
