You can order flowers for Sumy online from another country, with local preparation and delivery. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. Your message is reproduced without changes on the complimentary card included with the order. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. People locate the town by Ivan Kozhedub in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Monument to Ivan Kharitonenko is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. Add any required entry code before submitting the order. An address in Hannivka should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Fazenda, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. For a guest at Optima Суми, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation. Check with Premier Hotel Shafran before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking. Fazenda is listed at вулиця Полковника Донця-Захаржевського 43; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Smart-школа, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
Flowers for a service at Holy Resurrection Cathedral are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Holy Trinity Cathedral, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. When a funeral service is held at Petropavlivs'ka, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Ask about personal flower deliveries at Passport Service, then identify the organisation and recipient’s department on the order.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at New York Street Pizza, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
