For a recipient in Bryncethin, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. At checkout, the order is paid online in your own currency. A personal message accompanies the flowers on a free card, using exactly the words you provide. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. The Hopcyn Cross is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. Local landmarks such as Pencoed War Memorial are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions. Where the delivery address includes Ynysmaerdy, retain the locality when filling in the order.
If the recipient is staying at Braichycymer Hotel, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation. When addressing flowers to a guest at Days Inn, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Bryntirion Comprehensive School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. A delivery for Croesty Primary School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. For a delivery to a teacher at Maes yr Haul Primary School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
When a funeral service is held at Church of St Mary, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Church of St Crallo, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. For a service at Church of St David, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check with Court Colman Manor before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
Ask whether flowers are accepted by the recipient’s ward at Glanrhyd Hospital, and address the order to the hospital itself.
If the destination is in Penygraig, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
For a tribute intended for Blaenogwr Cemetery, confirm with the cemetery where flowers can be accepted and which entrance or meeting point to use before placing the order; a cemetery name alone does not specify the handover location.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Simla Tandoori, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, wine, champagne and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
