You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Cobham. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. Add your personal message to the free card; your words are kept unchanged. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. People locate the town by Thomas Love Peacock in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. William Whiteley Memorial is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Include the full delivery address and postcode, the recipient’s name and a phone number the florist can use if details need checking. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order. Where the delivery address includes Sheerwater, retain the locality when filling in the order.
A flower order for a recipient at Cobham Day Surgery needs the hospital’s own delivery address and a prior check with the ward about acceptance. For a patient at Cobham Community Hospital and Health Centre, ask the relevant ward about flower deliveries before ordering and use the hospital’s address as the destination. Portsmouth Road 168 is the listed address of Cobham Day Surgery; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Hilton Cobham, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order. If you are sending to a guest of Woodlands Park Hotel, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. A flower order for someone staying at Days Inn Cobham should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. The address given for Hilton Cobham is Seven Hills Road (South); ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
For a service at St Michael's Chapel, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at All Saints' Church, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Holy Trinity Church, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the recipient’s address is in Shepperton Green, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
Before ordering a tribute for delivery to W A Truelove & Son, ask the venue to confirm the address and handover arrangements. For a tribute intended for Cobham Cemetery, confirm with the cemetery where flowers can be accepted and which entrance or meeting point to use before placing the order; a cemetery name alone does not specify the handover location.
For a table booked at The Ivy, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, wine, champagne and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
A delivery for Cobham Free School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
Before sending flowers to ACS Cobham International School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
When several people are giving the flowers together at St Andrew's C of E Primary School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
