Arrange a flower delivery in Dundee online, even when you are ordering from another country. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. Add your personal message to the free card; your words are kept unchanged. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. Local landmarks such as Dundee Spanish Civil War Memorial are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details. If the recipient’s address is in Balgillo, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
When the destination is in Barnhill, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
A tribute addressed to The Howff should carry the name of the person it is for and the time of the service: a cemetery covers more ground than a single address.
