You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Send your flower order for Dunoon online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. At checkout, the order is paid online in your own currency. The included card carries your personal message word for word, with no additional charge. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. Local landmarks such as Clan Lamont Memorial are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. Eric Campbell Memorial is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Allow for the time difference when ordering: the same-day deadline in Dunoon is 18:00 local time. Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details. For a recipient whose address is in Branchton, keep that place name in the address you enter.
If you cannot visit a guest at St Ives Boutique Hotel, 58 Victoria Parade, check flower acceptance with the hotel and use the reservation name when ordering. Before ordering for a guest at Royal Marine Hotel, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name. Check that The Argyll Hotel can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them. St Ives Boutique Hotel, 58 Victoria Parade is listed at Victoria Parade 58; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Sending flowers to someone at Dunoon Grammar School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. For a delivery to a teacher at Kirn Primary School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to Dunoon Primary School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
Flowers for a service at Kilmun Parish Church are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. If the service takes place at St John's Church, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Holy Trinity, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Address flowers for someone at DVSA Dunoon Driving Test Centre with the organisation and department clearly identified, after checking that personal deliveries are accepted.
An address in Larkfield should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
For a table booked at Akam Palace, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, wine, champagne and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
Check the flower policy of the relevant ward before ordering for Cowal Community Hospital, using the hospital’s own address for the destination.
The address for Cowal Community Hospital is given as Argyll Street 360; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
