You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Elstree. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. The order can be paid for online in your own currency. Your order includes a card at no extra cost, carrying your message without edits. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Local landmarks such as Letchmore Heath War Memorial are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. Mill Hill War Memorial is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
The local ordering deadline for same-day flowers in Elstree is 18:00. When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. Add any required entry code before submitting the order. If the destination is in Grahame Park, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
For a delivery to a teacher at Belmont Junior School (Mill Hill Preparatory School), write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. When several people are giving the flowers together at Camphill Village Trust, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. A delivery for Elemis Steiner is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
For a service at Edgware United, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you cannot visit a guest at Mercure London Watford, check flower acceptance with the hotel and use the reservation name when ordering.
For a thank-you addressed to staff at Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital, check flower acceptance and the department’s delivery address before ordering.
Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Moor Park Estate.
Before ordering a tribute for delivery to W.H. Pulham Ltd, ask the venue to confirm the address and handover arrangements. If flowers are going to East Finchley Cemetery, check the opening hours for the day of the service and agree a handover point rather than relying on a plot number.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Nando's, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
