You can order flowers for Gloucester online from another country, with local preparation and delivery. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Checkout lets you pay in your own currency. Add your personal message to the free card; your words are kept unchanged. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. People locate the town by Bishop Hooper Memorial in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Gloucester War Memorial is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
The local ordering deadline for same-day flowers in Gloucester is 18:00. Enter the complete street address, postcode and town for the recipient, with their full name and a telephone number for contact. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable. When the destination is in Abbeymead, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
If you are sending to a guest of Premier Inn Gloucester (Longford), check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. For flowers addressed to a guest at Travelodge, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order. A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Central Hotel, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. The address for Premier Inn Gloucester (Longford) is given as Tewkesbury Road; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
For a delivery to a teacher at Ribston Hall High School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. When several people are giving the flowers together at Sir Thomas Rich's School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Sending flowers to someone at Hatherley Infant School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
Flowers for a service at Saint Margaret are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. When a funeral service is held at Saint Mary Magdalene, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Gloucester Seventh-day Adventist Church, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before arranging flowers for someone at Winfield Hospital, check acceptance with the hospital and ward, then provide the institution’s complete address.
Before placing a workplace order for North Warehouse, ask whether personal deliveries are accepted and give the organisation and recipient’s department.
Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Kingsholm.
Before ordering a tribute for delivery to S.C. & B.S. Cocks Funeral Director, ask the venue to confirm the address and handover arrangements.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at The Real Greek, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, wine, champagne and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
For a recipient at Rikenel Health Centre, check with the hospital and ward that flowers are accepted, then use the hospital’s full address.
