Send flowers to someone in Glyncoch without being there yourself: ordering is online, with preparation and delivery handled locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. Your message is reproduced without changes on the complimentary card included with the order. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. Local landmarks such as Evan James and James James Statue are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. Welsh Regimental War Memorial is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

Same-day orders for Glyncoch close at 18:00 local time. Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. Any required building access code should accompany the order. When entering an address in Britannia, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Sergeants Accommodation, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. Check with Heritage Park Hotel before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
For a delivery to a teacher at Ynysboeth Community Primary, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. A delivery for Ysgol Ifor Bach is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Before sending flowers to Craig-Yr-Hesg Primary School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
When a funeral service is held at Calvary English Baptist Church, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Llechwen Hall Hotel, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
When the recipient is at Pontypridd and District Hospital, the destination should be the hospital’s full address, after confirmation that the ward accepts flowers.
Address flowers for someone at Nelson Community Centre with the organisation and department clearly identified, after checking that personal deliveries are accepted.
For a recipient whose address is in Trallwn, keep that place name in the address you enter.
Before sending a tribute to Glyn-Taf Crematorium and Cemetery, ask which gate is used for deliveries and whether somebody needs to be there to receive it.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Jamil's Indian Restaurant, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, wine, champagne and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
