Send your flower order for Llangollen online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. You pay online in your own currency. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.

Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. Remember to include the entry code if the destination requires one. If the recipient’s address is in Pengwern, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
When addressing flowers to a guest at The Hand Hotel, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Tyn Dwr Hall, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
A delivery for Ysgol Dinas Brân is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. For a delivery to a teacher at Ysgol Gymraeg Y Gwernant, Ysgol Bryn Collen, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
For a service at St. Collen's Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. Flowers for a service at Llangollen Methodist Church are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Glanrafon Evangelical Church, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Sending to Bryn Howel Hotel? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order.
Ask about personal flower deliveries at Llangollen Town Hall, then identify the organisation and recipient’s department on the order.
If flowers are going to Fron Bache Cemetery, check the opening hours for the day of the service and agree a handover point rather than relying on a plot number.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Dee Pizza, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
