You do not need to be in Macduff to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. At checkout, the order is paid online in your own currency. A personal message accompanies the flowers on a free card, using exactly the words you provide. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. The Knowes War Memorial is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Parkhotel Macduff, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
A delivery for Macduff Primary School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Sending flowers to someone at Whitehills School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
Flowers for a service at Banff Methodist Church are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. When a funeral service is held at Banff Parish Church, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. If the service takes place at Harvest Centre Trinity, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check that Knowes Hotel can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them.
A flower order for a recipient at Chalmers Hospital needs the hospital’s own delivery address and a prior check with the ward about acceptance.
Before placing a workplace order for Macduff Town Hall, ask whether personal deliveries are accepted and give the organisation and recipient’s department.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Bridgeview Restaurant, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, wine, champagne and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
