A flower order for Maldon can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. You can complete payment online using your own currency. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. War Memorial is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
The order must be placed before 18:00 local time for same-day flowers in Maldon. The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions.
For a recipient at St Peter's Hospital, check with the hospital and ward that flowers are accepted, then use the hospital’s full address. St Peter's Hospital has a listed address of Spital Road; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Travelodge, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. For flowers addressed to a guest at The Swan Hotel, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order. The address given for Travelodge is The Causeway; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Before sending flowers to Maldon Primary School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. When several people are giving the flowers together at All Saints Maldon Church of England Voluntary Controlled Primary School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. For a delivery to a teacher at Maldon Court Preparatory School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For flowers addressed to someone at Maldon Council, give the organisation and department and confirm that personal deliveries are accepted.
Before ordering a tribute for delivery to Paul J King Funeral Directors, ask the venue to confirm the address and handover arrangements.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at King Traditional Indian Curries, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates, wine, champagne and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
For a service at Beeleigh Abbey, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
