You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Send flowers to someone in Margate without being there yourself: ordering is online, with preparation and delivery handled locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. You can complete payment online using your own currency. Your order includes a card at no extra cost, carrying your message without edits. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. People locate the town by St Augustine's Cross in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Friend Of All Nations RNLI Surf Boat Memorial is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
The local ordering deadline for same-day flowers in Margate is 18:00. Include the full delivery address and postcode, the recipient’s name and a phone number the florist can use if details need checking. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details. An address in Palm Bay should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for No. 42 by Guesthouse, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. If you are sending to a guest of Selina Margate & Cowork, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Fort Road Hotel, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. The listed address for No. 42 by Guesthouse is High Street 42; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
For a delivery to a teacher at Hartsdown Academy, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
For a service at Al-Birr Community Centre and Mosque, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at Holy Trinity, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. When a funeral service is held at Our Lady Star of the Sea, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Use the hospital’s full address for Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother Hospital, and ask the relevant ward whether flowers may be delivered.
Before placing a workplace order for Pierremont Hall, ask whether personal deliveries are accepted and give the organisation and recipient’s department.
Confirm the delivery point and handover arrangements with Aston Walker before using it as the address for a funeral tribute. Before sending a tribute to Ramsgate Cemetery, ask which gate is used for deliveries and whether somebody needs to be there to receive it.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Hantverk & Found, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, wine, champagne and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
