A florist in Mowden handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. Pay for the flowers online, using your own currency at checkout. Your message is reproduced without changes on the complimentary card included with the order. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. Cecil Armstrong Gibbs is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. Local landmarks such as Elizabeth Maconchy are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed. For an address in Chancellor Park, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
For a delivery to a teacher at St Andrew's Primary School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. When several people are giving the flowers together at The Beaulieu Park School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
For a service at St Peter's, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you are sending to a guest of The Rose Suite, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates, wine, champagne and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
