Send your flower order for Newark online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. You can complete payment online using your own currency. Your message is reproduced without changes on the complimentary card included with the order. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Allow for the time difference when ordering: the same-day deadline in Newark is 18:00 local time. Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Any required building access code should accompany the order. For a recipient whose address is in New Town, keep that place name in the address you enter.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Deincourt Hotel, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order. If you are sending to a guest of Premier Inn, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. A flower order for someone staying at Travelodge should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. For delivery details relating to Deincourt Hotel, its listed address is London Road; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
A delivery for Bishop Alexander L.E.A.D. Academy is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Before sending flowers to Holy Trinity Catholic Voluntary Academy, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. When several people are giving the flowers together at Hope House School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
For a service at Christ Church, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. Flowers for a service at Church of St Mary Magdalene are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. If the service takes place at Saint Leonard's Church, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before arranging flowers for someone at Newark Hospital, check acceptance with the hospital and ward, then provide the institution’s complete address.
For a recipient at Newark & Sherwood District Council, include the organisation’s name and any floor or department, and check whether personal deliveries are accepted.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at PizzaExpress, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, wine, champagne and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
