You do not need to be in Oswestry to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Pay for the flowers online, using your own currency at checkout. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. People locate the town by Artillery Gun in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order.
A flower order for someone staying at The Smithfield Hotel should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. If the recipient is staying at The Wynnstay Hotel, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.
Before sending flowers to Holy Trinity Church of England Primary Academy and Nursery, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. Sending flowers to someone at Our Lady and St Oswald's Catholic Primary School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. For a delivery to a teacher at The Marches School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
When a funeral service is held at Holy Trinity Parish Church, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Parish Church of St Oswald King and Martyr, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Premier Inn, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers.
An order for a staff member at Oswestry Town Council should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Oswald's Cross, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, wine, champagne and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
