You can send flowers to someone in Peel Common even when you are in another country, with the arrangement prepared and delivered locally for your recipient. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. For payment, checkout uses your own currency. Add your personal message to the free card; your words are kept unchanged. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. Local landmarks such as Nelson Monument are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. Portsmouth War Memorial is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
The order must be placed before 18:00 local time for same-day flowers in Peel Common. For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details. Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Appley.
Check the flower policy of the relevant ward before ordering for Forton Medical Centre, using the hospital’s own address for the destination. Use the hospital’s full address for Rowner Health Centre, and ask the relevant ward whether flowers may be delivered. The street address listed for Forton Medical Centre is Whites Place; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
Before sending flowers to Orchard Lea Primary School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
For a service at St Matthew's, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before sending to a workplace such as Civic Tower, check acceptance and include the organisation and department in the address.
An address in Lee-on-the-Solent should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
Confirm the delivery point and handover arrangements with Ruby Funerals before using it as the address for a funeral tribute. If flowers are going to Milton Cemetery, check the opening hours for the day of the service and agree a handover point rather than relying on a plot number.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Grumpy Elephant, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, wine, champagne and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
