Send your flower order for Penylan online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. At checkout, the order is paid online in your own currency. Your message is reproduced without changes on the complimentary card included with the order. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Order before 18:00 in the destination’s local time for same-day delivery in Penylan. When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. For a building with coded access, supply the entry code at checkout.
Before sending flowers to St David's Catholic College, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
If the service takes place at St Margaret's Church, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Albany Road Baptist Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. Flowers for a service at Cardiff United Synagogue are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before ordering for a guest at ZIP by Premier Inn, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.
