Arrange a flower delivery in Peterlee online, even when you are ordering from another country. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. Pay for the flowers online, using your own currency at checkout. Your order includes a card at no extra cost, carrying your message without edits. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.

Provide the street, number, postcode and town together with the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions. Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Old Shotton.
Check that The White House can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them. If you are sending to a guest of Peterlee Lodge Hotel, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. For an order addressed to The White House, the listed location is Eden Lane; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Dene Academy, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. A delivery for St Bede's Catholic School and Byron Sixth Form College is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Before sending flowers to The Academy at Shotton Hall, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
When a funeral service is held at St Cuthbert's Church, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Peterlee Christian Mission Church, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a patient at Peterlee Community Hospital, ask the relevant ward about flower deliveries before ordering and use the hospital’s address as the destination.
Before sending to a workplace such as Peterlee Magistrates' Court, check acceptance and include the organisation and department in the address.
For a table booked at Sambuca, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, wine, champagne and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
