A flower order for Strathaven can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. For payment, checkout uses your own currency. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Alexander Hamilton Memorial Fountain is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. Local landmarks such as Covenanter Memorial - John Paterson & William Barrie are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. Add any required entry code before submitting the order. For someone in Barncluith, use that locality name within the delivery address.
If you cannot visit a guest at Strathaven Hotel, check flower acceptance with the hotel and use the reservation name when ordering. For an order addressed to Strathaven Hotel, the listed location is Hamilton Road; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Sending flowers to someone at Glassford Primary School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. A delivery for Strathaven Academy is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. When several people are giving the flowers together at St Patrick's Primary School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
For a service at Avendale Old Parish Church, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at Chapelton Parish Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at St Patrick's Church, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For an address in High Earnock, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
For a tribute intended for Bent Cemetery, confirm with the cemetery where flowers can be accepted and which entrance or meeting point to use before placing the order; a cemetery name alone does not specify the handover location.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, wine, champagne and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
