You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Send your flower order for Sutton online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Carshalton War Memorial is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. Local landmarks such as Sutton War Memorial are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details. Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Beddington.
For a guest at Holiday Inn, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.
If the service takes place at Trinity Church, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at All Saints Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. Flowers for a service at St Peter's Church are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check with Ashling Tara Hotel before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
A flower order for a recipient at Royal Marsden Hospital needs the hospital’s own delivery address and a prior check with the ward about acceptance.
If the recipient’s address is in Hackbridge, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
A tribute addressed to Bandon Hill Cemetery should carry the name of the person it is for and the time of the service: a cemetery covers more ground than a single address.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, wine, champagne and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
