Send your flower order for Swaffham online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. The order can be paid for online in your own currency. Your message is reproduced without changes on the complimentary card included with the order. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. People locate the town by Swaffham War Memorial in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Place a same-day order for Swaffham by the local cutoff of 18:00. The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed. Address details for Nelson's Quarter should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
If you are sending to a guest of George Hotel, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. For a guest at Strattons Hotel, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation. Before ordering for a guest at The Horse & Groom, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name. Station Street 1 is the listed address of George Hotel; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
For a delivery to a teacher at Swaffham CofE Primary Academy, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. When several people are giving the flowers together at The Nicholas Hamond Academy, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Sending flowers to someone at Heartwood Church of England VC Primary & Nursery School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
Flowers for a service at Saint Peter and Saint Paul Swaffham with Saint Mary Sporle are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. If the service takes place at Swaffham Methodist Church, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Baptist Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Ask about personal flower deliveries at Town Hall, then identify the organisation and recipient’s department on the order.
Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Redlands Park.
For a tribute addressed to East of England Coop Funeral Services, check the delivery arrangements and precise meeting point with the venue first.
For a table booked at Swaffham Kebab & Pizza House, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates, wine, champagne and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
Check with the ward at Swaffham Community Hospital before ordering flowers, and use the hospital’s own address for the delivery.
Swaffham Community Hospital has a listed address of Sporle Road; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
