You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Arrange a flower delivery in Torfaen online, even when you are ordering from another country. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. You can write a message for the card without an extra charge, and the wording stays as you entered it. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. Folly Tower (292m) is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. People locate the town by Blaenafon War Memorial in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Planning a same-day delivery in Torfaen? The ordering deadline is 18:00 local time. Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order. For a recipient whose address is in Llanyrafon, keep that place name in the address you enter.
Sending to PlasyCoed B&B (ex pub)? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order.
A delivery for Coed Eva Primary is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Before sending flowers to Cwmffrwdoer Primary School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. Sending flowers to someone at Greenmeadow Primary School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
When a funeral service is held at Church of Saint Michael and All Angels, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Church of Saint John the Divine, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. For a service at Fairhill Methodist Church, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you are sending to a guest of Premier Inn, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.
When entering an address in Old Cwmbran, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
A tribute addressed to Cwmbran Cemetery should carry the name of the person it is for and the time of the service: a cemetery covers more ground than a single address.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, wine, champagne and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
