You do not need to be in Westminster to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. You pay online in your own currency. A free card message is included, with your wording kept exactly as you write it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Royal Air Force Memorial is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
For delivery on the same day in Westminster, the order needs to be placed before 18:00 local time. Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable. Address details for Whittington Estate should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
A flower order for a recipient at Royal London Hospital for Integrated Medicine needs the hospital’s own delivery address and a prior check with the ward about acceptance. Before sending to St Bartholomew's Hospital, confirm flower acceptance with the ward and enter the hospital’s own delivery address.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Queen's College, London, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. A delivery for Eveline Lowe Primary School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Before sending flowers to Haberdashers’ Aske’s Borough Academy, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
Flowers for a service at St George, Battersea Fields Parish are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. If the service takes place at St. Dionis, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at American International Church, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Sending to Kimpton Fitzroy London Hotel? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order.
Check the flower policy of the relevant ward before ordering for The Princess Grace Hospital, using the hospital’s own address for the destination.
For flowers addressed to someone at National Cyber Security Centre, give the organisation and department and confirm that personal deliveries are accepted.
If the recipient’s address is in Islington, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
Confirm the delivery point and handover arrangements with Ernest Larner & Son before using it as the address for a funeral tribute. If flowers are going to Nunhead Cemetery, check the opening hours for the day of the service and agree a handover point rather than relying on a plot number.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Gordon Ramsay, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, wine, champagne and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Holiday Inn London - Camden Lock, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers.
For a guest at Travelodge London Central Bank, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.
