You do not need to be in Witney to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Checkout lets you pay in your own currency. Add the words you want the recipient to read: the card is free and the message is kept unchanged. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. Alice Maud Batt is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. Local landmarks such as Butter Cross are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

For delivery on the same day in Witney, the order needs to be placed before 18:00 local time. Enter the complete street address, postcode and town for the recipient, with their full name and a telephone number for contact. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building. When the destination is in Madley Park, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
If you cannot visit a guest at Premier Inn, check flower acceptance with the hotel and use the reservation name when ordering. Sending to The Witney Hotel? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. For delivery details relating to Premier Inn, its listed address is Ducklington Lane; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
When several people are giving the flowers together at The Henry Box School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
For a service at Holy Trinity Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at St Mary The Virgin, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at St. Mary's, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Use the hospital’s full address for Witney Community Hospital, and ask the relevant ward whether flowers may be delivered.
For someone working at Town Centre Shop, confirm that flowers can be accepted and supply the organisation’s name and the relevant department.
If the destination is in Burwell, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
Before ordering a tribute for delivery to The Co-operative Funeralcare, ask the venue to confirm the address and handover arrangements.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Bella Italia, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
