For a recipient in Yangiyŭl, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. You can write a message for the card without an extra charge, and the wording stays as you entered it. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.

For delivery on the same day in Yangiyŭl, the order needs to be placed before 16:00 local time. The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order. For a recipient whose address is in Anarkulov daxasi, keep that place name in the address you enter.
Before sending flowers to Yangiyo'l tumani 1-maktab, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. For a delivery to a teacher at Yangiyo'l tumani 28-maktab, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
Flowers for a service at church «Yangi Yol” are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. When a funeral service is held at Xalqobod jome’ masjidi, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For flowers addressed to someone at Yangiyo'l shahar prokuraturasi, give the organisation and department and confirm that personal deliveries are accepted.
If the recipient’s address is in Navruz massive, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at "Yangiyoʻl", say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
